A number of forms are available on line. You can download them, print them off, fill in the appropriate information and turn into your school building.

**Special Note**
If enrolling an elementary student during the summer months (June - August) please call 850-5000 to find where and when you can drop off your student's enrollment documents. High school and Middle school students can enroll at their respective buildings during office hours. To properly place your student in high school classes, please provide a current transcript, proof of residency (If not a school of choice applicant), IEP (if necessary), custody/guardianship papers, and immunization records at the time of your enrollment appointment.
