Summer Food Program Update: June 3, 2020
As the school year winds down and the weather warms up, we know that access to food remains a need for many students and families. To continue meeting that need, the GHAPS Summer Food Program will run from June 11 through August 13.
Similar to our food program during the COVID-19 school closure, our Summer Food Program provides breakfast and lunch to anyone ages 18 and under. Seven days’ worth of meals can be picked up on Thursdays from 2-5 pm at the following locations:
- Lake Hills Elementary: 18181 Dogwood Dr, Spring Lake
- River Haven Village: 14546 Mercury Dr, Grand Haven
- St. Patrick - St. Anthony Catholic Church – 920 Fulton St, Grand Haven
Families who need additional food support should contact Love in Action at 846-2701 for help accessing local food pantries.
