Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of the Mary A. White PTO is to enrich the learning experience of our students and to promote parent and public involvement in our school and community.
Research shows that students do better when their families are involved both at home and at school. Grades are higher, test scores rise, and self-esteem grows. Schools improve when parents are connected to their children's education. The Mary A. White Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is the defining group for parent involvement. Also, 100% of the money earned through the PTO goes directly to the school via field trip costs, classroom needs, books, teacher grants and much more.
MEETINGS
The Mary A. White PTO meet on the dates listed on the school calendar. All meetings are held in the Library at 4pm.
